Meet The Team
Mollie Windmiller
Mollie is Collective’s Publisher and the Owner and Creative Director of LAB. She believes there is a better way to approach marketing and it begins with community and elevating others. She lives in South Minneapolis with her family and is a foodie at heart.
Emma Geary
Emma is Collective Magazine’s Editor-in-Chief and LAB’s Brand + Editorial Manager. She loves getting lost in a story and is sharing her own on her Substack, Hot Girl Walk. Find her staring at the sun on her daily lap around Lake of the Isles.
Kate Wing
Kate is the photographer for Collective Magazine and the Digital Content Manager at LAB. When she’s not building websites or taking photos, you can find her in a pilates class, perfecting her cold brew recipe, or cuddled up with her pup, Camper.
Victoria Tinjum
Victoria is Collective Magazine's Designer. When she's not working, you can find her cooking from an ever-growing collection of cookbooks, sewing up something new for her closet, or on a quest for the best coffee in a new city.
